Hyperthermia:
Hyperthermia is an increase in body temperature and reduction in body fluids. This is associated with 3 other illnesses such as heat cramps, heat exhaustion, and the most life threatening, heat stroke. If you are experiencing heavy sweating, rapid breathing, or a weak pulse then you are experiencing the earliest stage of hyperthermia, heat exhaustion. |
Heat Exhaustion
Heat exhaustion includes exsessive sweating, dizziness, and extreme weakness.

Heat cramps
Heat cramps include certain muscles contracting involuntarily causing pain.

Heat Stroke
Heat stroke is LIFE THREATENING and includes hot dry skin, and arising body temperature. You will know that you are experiencing a heat stroke if you stop sweating yet you are still exercising.
