Sun Protection For those who don't know about sun rays, UVA rays are linked to skin damage while UVB rays are linked to skin burns. One severe burn can increase the risk of skin cancer. The higher the SPF the better. We suggest SPF 30+ because it is the middle of summer and there will be no shade surrounding. 1 oz of sunscreen should be applied to all exposed areas 20 minutes prior to being outside then reapply every 1-2 hours because it's supposed to be real hot.
