When To Run? You should try to run before 10 A.M. or after 4 P.M. Especially in this season, you should try running when it's the coldest. This will ensure that you won't get uncomfortable when running. This will also prevent things such as heat exhaustion, heat cramps, and most importantly heat stroke. If you are still doing something and not sweating whatsoever, you are probably having a heat stroke and we recommend calling 911.
